CINCINNATI, March 8, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE: PG) today announced that Deb Henretta, 45, currently president- ASEAN, Australasia and India, has been appointed group president-Asia effective July 1, 2007. In her expanded role, Ms. Henretta will continue to be directly responsible for the business in ASEAN, Australasia and India, and will also have responsibility for the rest of P&G's Asian business, including Northeast Asia (Japan and South Korea) and Greater China.
Ms. Henretta will continue to report to Robert A. McDonald, vice chairman- global operations, and continue to be located in Singapore.
