CirTran Corporation (OTCBB:CIRT), an international full-service contract manufacturer of IT, consumer and consumer electronics products, announced today that it has signed a contract with Easy Life Products Corporation (ELP) of Venice, California, to manufacture and market a new beauty product.
Designed by John Maldonado and Victoria Wood, ELP's principals, the yet unnamed new product is a pencil compact combined with a sharpener and pencil holder. Planned add-ons for the product include pencil caps, blotting tissue dispenser, eyelash curler, pencil cap organizer, an eyebrow brush and two-in-one tweezers, with patents now pending for the pencil sharpener, eyelash curler and the tweezers with the U.S. Patent Office.
"This is an innovative and very useful product -- a perfect fit for our consumer and beauty products line-up," said Trevor M. Saliba, CirTran's chief marketing officer.
"The value and utility built into this product should make it ideal for the retail and sold-on-TV markets," he said. In addition, he said, CirTran's Marketing Division will work with the developers to explore expansion of the agreement to include other new products based on design and patents of this initial product from ELP.
The CirTran Product Development Team, co-developed the new product for ELP with John Maldonado, an award winning make-up artists to Hollywood and its biggest celebrities said that "contracting with CirTran gives us a turnkey operation for design, manufacturing and marketing. Mr. Saliba said the new ELP product will be manufactured by a CirTran's subsidiary in China, with the initial deliveries at retail planned for the spring.
