With the new season comes an influx of effervescent color, especially seen in some of the latest collections for Spring 2005. Clinique has expanded its Colour Surge line, introducing 12 shades of Impossibly Glossy lip gloss, eight new duos and two limited edition quad palettes for eye shadow. Prices range from US$13.50- US$25.
Cover Girl offers seasonal shades with the Daisy Crazy color collection, featuring new luminous, pastel shades cosmetics for eyes, lips and nails. Also highlighted in the collection is the Wetslicks Precision lip gloss pencil, available in six shades and designed to glide on easily for smooth, luxurious color. Suggested retail price is US$2.99-US$5.20.

Launching this spring from Jeni Lee Cosmetics is a new range of colors. Included in the line are 12 shades each of Serious Shine Plumping & Conditioning Lip Gloss and Next-to-Natural SPF 15 Tinted Moisturizer. Both are designed to hydrate and moisturize, containing Vitamin E. Prices range from US$14-US$25.
JENI LEE COSMETICS
Hitting the market this month is mally BEAUTY, a cosmetic product and tool line from makeup artist to the stars Mally Roncal. Debuting on the QVC channel, the line features the Citychick Smokey Eye Kit, Get the Last Lash eyelash curer, the Light Wand eye brightener and more. Products will retail from US$19.50-US$95.

In April, Tropez will launch Temptations, a collection of six lip gloss-filled flowerpots. The product contains soothing and moisturizing agents designed to protect and smooth the lips, while delivering a hint of color. Each flowerpot will retail for US$1.99.
Also coming next month is Sothys Paris' new Profile Color Concept(TM), a luxurious collection of high-performance color cosmetics that organizes its range of color formulas into six coloring typologies: Light, Deep, Warm, Cool, Muted/Softened and Bright. The basic principle of the Profile Color Concept(TM) system is to create a harmonious, balanced makeup look that enhances one's best features by selecting makeup colors that have characteristics identical to the natural coloring of each woman.
