Tech Secure Partners Inc., a publicly traded company (Pink Sheets:TSPT) is pleased to announce it has signed a letter of intent to merge with The Poker TV Network Inc. (PTN). Management of PTN expects closing to occur within the next several days pending final due diligence by all parties involved. Once the merger is complete the newly formed corporation will retain The Poker TV Network name. Further details on the merger will be released when appropriate.
