CALIMESA, Calif., Aug. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. , a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM), OxyView(TM), and Secure Balance(TM), and also a developer of Pure Produce(TM), announces that it has completed the Secure Balance(TM) infomercial and expects positive results.
While the Company launches a national advertising and marketing campaign, the release of the Secure Balance(TM) infomercial will directly reach thousands of physicians and millions of consumers. "The 10 minute infomercial on the Secure Balance(TM) products and services was strategically designed to penetrate competitive products and reach neurology and chiropractic markets." Said Jacob Green, MD, President of the Southeastern Neuroscience Institute in Jacksonville, Florida.
The Company has contracts with major neurology and chiropractic based advertising agencies to publish Secure Balance(TM) layouts within their core journals. Further, the Secure Balance(TM) products will appear at the 58th Annual Meeting for the American Academy of Neurology in April-2006, and more recently the Secure Balance(TM) products were invited to be debuted at the International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology (IACN) Annual Symposium on Palmer's Campus in Daytona Beach, FL on October 13-16, 2005. The Company auditors have completed the 2003-2004 financial audits, and have stated to complete 2004-2005 audits within the next several days. "The complexity of the audits resulted in taking longer to complete. The 2003-2004 year involved the auditing of all stock holders, merger agreements and CRTZ financial data. With that behind us we will finish 2004-2005 by next week, and begin on the first quarter of 2005-2006 year ending May 31, 2006." Said Harold Spector,CPA and principal of Spector & Wong LLP.
The year ending May 31, 2004 shows a Net Operating Loss (NOL Carry Forward) of $5,307,034.62 due to expenses invested into Research & Development (R & D) of the Company product lines. Total sales for 2003-2004 were $901,542, with expenses of $689,039.62. Net(income) Before Taxes was $278,530.42.

It could quickly inform the hospital staff of any leak or inaccuracy between the delivery source and the patient.
The Secure Balance(TM) product is a private-label product that includes a vestibular function testing system and balance therapy system. The vestibular function testing system is manufactured by Interacoustics LTD. in Denmark and is referred to as the VNG. The balance therapy system is manufactured by SportKAT(R), Inc. in San Diego, California. The Secure Balance(TM) program provides equipment, education and training about balance and fall prevention to physicians and clinicians worldwide.
The Pure Produce(TM) product is a continuing research & development program currently under design. This program uses hydroponics technology to grow various plants without the use of soil, fertilizer and water consumption. The Company anticipates entering the nutriceutical and pharmaceutical markets over the next two years.
