Joe Fields Named Chief Operating Officer
Knoxville, TN ....(October 11, 2005) Jewelry Television announced that Joe E. Fields has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO). Fields will manage overall operations with a focus on marketing, operations and logistics. He will step into the post held by Bill Kouns who was recently promoted to President of the network. Fields comes to Jewelry Television from Adidas where he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Retail responsible for $1.5 billion in North American sales. He was formerly President of Speedo International, based in London, U.K.

year-long national search and we believe his track record, international business experience, and branding expertise make him a natural fit for this high profile position in our organization," said Bill Kouns, President of Jewelry Television. Fields is a native of Ravenswood, West Virginia. He holds a B.S. degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an M.A. in International Affairs from Oklahoma University. He is a former U.S. Army officer and has held executive posts with The Procter & Gamble Company,
Pepsi Co., Pentland Group PLC, and Genesco.
