ICTV is very pleased to update its shareholders with regard to the Derma Wand's historical performance and the future plans for the Derma Wand on live television home shopping in the UK.
During seven previous "Pick of the Day" airings, ICTV has presented the Derma Wand, and its associated products, on Ideal World TV (Ideal), a live home shopping channel broadcasting to 8.3 million homes in the UK. In these seven "Pick of the Day" airings, over 30,000 Derma Wand system kits have been sold and delivered to the UK consumers. Based on the past sales velocity and including the Derma Wand's recent successful airing on December the 14th, Ideal's management has advised ICTV to prepare for an expanded rollout of a live television home shopping campaign for the Derma Wand system on Ideal in 2006. Mr. Andrew Fryatt, CEO of Ideal Shopping Direct Plc (the parent of Ideal), stated that, "This Derma Wand presentation has generated some the highest per dollar volume in our company's history. Further, we believe the strength and consistency of these sales figures confirms Derma Wand to be a long term product for our home shopping channel, with excellent potential for line extension of associated consumables." Ideal has also just requested ICTV to immediately prepare its full DermaVital skincare range for television presentation and sale in 2006. ICTV is expecting, before December 31st, a comprehensive expanded rollout format and schedule from Ideal, at which time ICTV's management will advise its shareholders.

With respect to ICTV's Derma Wand infomercial and its USA 2006 launch, half-hour blocks of nation wide cable time are presently being booked by ICTV for January. The broadcast reach of the each cable network airing the infomercial will be 40 to 60 million homes. Once time is confirmed, then the half-hour television show will be slotted in for broadcasting, enabling the Derma Wand's unique skin rejuvenating qualities to be demonstrated and sold to the US consumer.
