James Clayton Named Vice President and General Manager of KOMO TV

Fisher Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:FSCI) announced that effective July 17, 2006, James Clayton will assume the position of Vice President and General Manager of KOMO TV in Seattle, and will also have responsibility for KWOG TV, the pending Seattle station acquisition that will become a Univision affiliate.

Clayton has over thirty years of experience in the broadcast industry, most recently as Vice President and General Manager of Fox Television stations WNYW and WWOR in New York City. He has also managed stations in Detroit and Cincinnati and has held executive sales positions at stations in the Midwest and at CBS in New York.
