TVN Entertainment Scores a Deal With OLN For VOD Services

TVN Entertainment Corporation, today announced that it has reached a multi-year VOD services agreement with OLN, including advanced asset management solutions. Under the contract, TVN will provide distribution and asset management services to all of OLN's VOD customers and provide access to TVN's ADONISS 2 platform and Provider Remote Interface (PRI) toolset.

The deal contemplates the use of TVN's exclusive TVNow service for NHL and Tour de France coverage produced by OLN. TVNow allows content providers like OLN to convert live content into VOD assets for quick turnaround to VOD systems across North America. And with the introduction of ADONISS 2, OLN will be able to track, monitor and customize its VOD menu on a site-by-site basis -- providing OLN with ultimate scheduling and programming flexibility to respond to usage in a timely fashion.
