OrderMotion, an award-winning provider of an on-demand direct retail platform for direct marketers and retailers, today announced it is expanding its management team with the addition of two executives. Ellenmarie Rhone is being named vice president of human resources, while Kim Donlan is joining as vice president of marketing. Both bring a wealth of deep industry experience that will be critical as OrderMotion continues its strong growth in 2007.
Ms. Rhone was previously director of human resources at OrderMotion. She has been with OrderMotion since February 2006, when she joined the company from QAS, a European software company acquired by the Experian Company in 2004. At QAS, she was a human resources manager overseeing all HR initiatives and strategies for an organization that includes the corporate headquarters and four US sales offices.
Throughout her career, Ms. Rhone has held a number of senior human resources positions for companies in the software and electronic commerce industries, including CommercialWare and Clearpoint Research Corporation. Early in her career, she was director of employee and labor relations at Faulkner Hospital in Boston. Ms. Rhone holds a master's of business administration from Simmons College School of Management in Boston, and a bachelor's degree in education from Bridgewater State College, Bridgewater, Massachusetts.
Ms. Donlan joins OrderMotion from Demandware, where she was the director of marketing. Prior to Demandware, Donlan was the founder and CEO of Presension, which pioneered innovative technology and process that enhanced the traditional face-to-face selling experience.
Prior to founding Presension, Donlan was the CEO of GreenStar Productions, a interactive communications firm she founded in 1991 focused on new product launches and sales generation tools for companies that included Siemens Rolm Communications, Dupont Radiopharmaceuticals, and Merck, among others. Prior to GreenStar, Donlan was director of sales for BBG New Media, the largest interactive media firm in New England. Ms. Donlan holds a bachelor's degree from Northeastern University and received a certificate from Boston University.
"Ellenmarie and Kim are the latest additions to a management team that is already loaded with all-stars," said Donny Askin, CEO, OrderMotion. "They are the final elements of an executive team of enormous talent that will no doubt help lead OrderMotion in its ascension to a market leadership position."
