EESI Name Change and FDA Approval for 17 Elite Ceutical Products

Business Wire

On a red letter day for Emerging Enterprise Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: EESI), EESI is pleased to announce its intention to pursue a corporate name change to AMCSI and symbol change to AMCS.

Additionally, subsidiary Elite Ceuticals will meet its December 2004 product release schedule and just moved closer to its goal of infomercials with FDA approval of 17 of the 18 health, wellness and other anti-aging products for both men and women scheduled for December 2004 release. The 18th product, Alpha Lipoic Acid, is considered a natural product in the U.S. and does not require FDA approval.

Alpha Lipoic Acid occurs naturally in the body but diminishes with age. Taking Alpha Lipoic Acid is considered by many doctors and medical professionals to reduce the effects caused by free radicals normally not a problem for the young, thereby lessening the effects of aging.

"Elite Ceuticals is skin care for the 21st century -- promoting Eternal Youth to Fashionable Professionals."

Elite Ceuticals intends to market one or more of its new products through infomercials. Industry reports indicate that a product that is well received through this medium may do in excess of $100,000,000 per infomercial run. Elite Ceuticals offers excellent products for men and women, and is planning to come out with a children's line of products very soon.
