Mantra Films, Inc., the company behind the hugely successful "Girls Gone Wild" video series, announced today that a special retail version of "Guys Gone Wild(TM)" will be available in stores, including FYE and Tower Record stores, on Tuesday, September 7th, 2004. The title has already proven to be a huge success as a direct-response product sold via television commercials, print ads and the web (www.guysgonewild.com).

The premise and content of "Guys Gone Wild" mirrors the series that defined the genre, "Girls Gone Wild." However, now an all female camera crew has traveled the nation and captured the hottest young hunks willing to show off their young, ripped bodies and much, much more. And sometimes the results are not only hot, but hysterical.

"Guys Gone Wild" has already become a cultural phenomenon since being introduced as a direct response product on July 13th, 2004. The series has been featured on Entertainment Tonight, CNN, Ellen, Fox News Channel, VH1, Late Night with Conan O'Brien and The View. It has been written about in Entertainment Weekly, The New York Post, Star Magazine and The New York Times. On July 3rd, 2004 the Associated Press wrote that the stars of "Guys Gone Wild" are "young, good-looking guys who aren't shy about taking it all off and letting it all hang out."

The title, available on DVD and VHS with a suggested retail price of $19.99, is being made available to retailers exclusively through Thousand Oaks, Calif.-based Ventura Distribution. Ads will begin appearing nationwide next month on TV stations and in print.

"The demand for this title has surpassed our own expectations," said Michelle Jardines, Mantra Films' Marketing Manager. "Once the word began to spread that we'd finally made a 'Guys Gone Wild,' the customers started ordering multiple copies -- some for themselves and some for friends and family. We are confident that "Guys Gone Wild" will be a huge hit in retail."

Mantra Films, Inc. is the leading producer and distributor of reality-based programming worldwide. Formed in 1997, Mantra recognized the opportunity to develop reality-based, direct-to-consumer video titles that did not fit the traditional mold of studio-distributed product. The company has established its reputation by creating key franchises such as the "Gone Wild" series.
